1)When are the delivery dates and time?
We will deliver only on 11th, 12th and 13th of February (Wed-Fri) from 11.30 to 3.30pm. Please note that we will not deliver into lecture halls, tutorial rooms or whenever recipients are in the midst of his/her lesson. This is to prevent interruption of classes. Therefore, please ensure that the timing you choose for the delivery of your gift will not affect recipient's lesson.
2) Which locations will you deliver?
We will deliver anywhere in NIE! Student hostels and NTU campus are not included.
3) How can I be sure that the gifts are delivered?
An SMS confirmation will be sent to your handphone once delivery is made. In an event when recipient is not there to collect, the person who ordered will have an option to either collect the gift himself at UID, call the recipient or leave the gift with his/her friend.
4) How do I make my order and payment?
Order forms can be downloaded through this website here. Complete and print this order form and submit it, together with your payment in cash during our payment collection dates - 29th, 30th January & 2nd February 2009. Our booth will be placed outside canteen, ATM from 10.30 to 3.30pm. A receipt will be issued once order is confirmed and payment is made.
Alternatively, you can email the order form to bscplayscupid@gmail.com. Our representative will contact you once your order is confirmed and an arrangement for payment will be made.
5) Can I just order the gifts and collect it myself without using BSc's delivery serivce?
Yes of course you can! Just make your way down to UID, Level 2, Deep Blue anytime from 11.30 to 3.30pm during your selected collection date (choose either 11th, 12th or 13th February).
6) I'm sending a gift to my crush and I don't want her to know I'm totally in love with her! How can I be sure my particulars are kept strictly confidential?
We will broadcast through the student portal...just kidding! Your identity will be kept strictly confidential among the main organising committee of BSc Plays Cupid. Below is the list of main committee members.
